Rules for the referral programme. New page — effective 21 September 2026.

1. How referrals work

You can invite other people to join Silencio Voice AI using your referral code. When someone signs up with your code and contributes data that is accepted and purchased by a customer, you can earn a referral reward. The current reward (for example, a percentage of the USDC your referrals earn from their accepted, sold data) is shown in the app and may change. We will show the current terms before you share your code.

2. Eligibility

You and the person you refer must each be 18 or older and hold an account in good standing. Referral rewards are paid in USDC and are subject to the same identity (KYC), sanctions and wallet screening as any other payout (see the Payout & Rewards Terms). A referral only counts when the referred person signs up with your code before creating their account, and their data is accepted and purchased. Rewards are not earned on tickets, boosts, or unsold data.

3. Fair use

One account per person. You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, or use bots, incentivised spam, or misleading claims to get sign-ups. You must not promise anyone guaranteed earnings; earnings depend on accepted, purchased data and are never guaranteed. We may withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms, and may remove accounts involved.

4. Rewards are not a financial product

Referral rewards are a marketing incentive paid in USDC for introducing genuine contributors. They are not interest, a security, or an investment return.

5. $SLC and referrals

Referral rewards are paid in USDC. If you later convert USDC to $SLC, that conversion is entirely optional and governed by the $SLC Risk Disclosure & Terms. Referrals do not entitle you to $SLC.

6. Changes and ending the programme

We may change or end the referral programme at any time. Rewards already properly earned before a change will be honoured; future rewards follow the updated terms.
