Silencio Voice AI — Raffle Terms

Rules for the “Deep-In Luck” raffle and raffle tickets. This version effective 21 September 2026; updates the raffle terms in force since March 2025.

1. What the raffle is

The raffle is a periodic prize draw run within the Silencio ecosystem. You earn raffle tickets through qualifying activity on the Platform (for example, completing recording opportunities). Tickets give you entries into the draw. Prizes are paid in $SLC, a crypto-asset issued by the Blocksound Foundation / Blocksound TokenCo (BVI) Ltd. Raffle tickets are not money, not a security, and have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and they are not a promise of any prize.

2. How tickets are earned

Tickets are awarded for qualifying activity as described in the app at the time. The number of tickets, the qualifying actions, and the odds are shown in the app and may change. We will show the current rules before you take part. Tickets have no guaranteed value and may expire; any expiry is shown in the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have an account in good standing. Because prizes are paid in $SLC, you must be in a country where $SLC is available (see the $SLC Risk Disclosure & Terms). If you are in a restricted country, you cannot receive $SLC prizes. Prizes are subject to identity (KYC), sanctions and wallet screening before payout. Where a raffle would be regulated as a lottery or gambling in your country, it is void and you are not eligible.

4. The draw and prizes

Winners are selected at random from valid entries. Prizes are credited in $SLC to your in-app wallet. $SLC value can go down as well as up and is not guaranteed by Silencio. We may verify eligibility before releasing any prize and may withhold prizes where checks are not passed.

5. Conduct and disqualification

One account per person. Fraud, manipulation, multiple accounts, or use of automated means disqualifies you and forfeits tickets and prizes. We may change, suspend, or end the raffle at any time.

6. No purchase, no payment

You never pay to receive tickets or to enter. The raffle is a reward mechanic, not a paid game of chance.

7. Relationship to other terms

The raffle is operated with the Blocksound Foundation, which issues $SLC. $SLC is governed by Blocksound’s terms and the $SLC Risk Disclosure & Terms. These Raffle Terms sit alongside the Participation Terms and Payout & Rewards Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Raffle Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated terms.
