How to control your personal data with Silencio. New page — effective 21 September 2026.
This page is the single place to exercise your privacy rights. It works for everyone, and includes the specific choices required for California and other US state residents.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can: - Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you. - Correct — fix inaccurate data. - Delete — ask us to delete your data. (We cannot recall recordings already licensed to a customer, but we stop all future sales and remove your data from our systems where the law requires.) - Withdraw consent — stop future collection and future sales of your data at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out. - Port — receive your data in a portable format. - Opt out of sale/sharing — tell us not to sell or share your personal data (see below). - Limit sensitive data — restrict how we use sensitive personal information, including your voice (see below).
For US residents (California and similar states)

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing.
How to make a request
In your account: open Settings → Data consent and Privacy choices to withdraw consent, download, or delete your data directly.
By email: contact privacy@silencio.network. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
We respond within the timeframe required by your local law (for example, within one month under GDPR, or 45 days under California law). You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
