Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Your voice (and voiceprint) is “Sensitive Personal Information” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar US state laws. If you are a US resident, you have the right to limit how we use and disclose it.
How to limit use
By email: email privacy@silencio.network with the subject “Limit Sensitive Data”, and tell us you want to limit the use of your sensitive personal information.
In your account: open Settings → Data consent and turn off the sensitive-data uses you do not want (for example, using your voice as biometric data, or licensing it to third parties).
You will not be discriminated against for exercising this right. We will action your request within the timeframe required by law (typically 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before we act.
What limiting does
When you limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information, we use it only for the limited purposes permitted by law (for example, providing the service you asked for, security, and legal compliance) and stop other uses — including licensing it to third parties — going forward. Limiting does not reverse processing or licensing that already took place. To stop all future sales, also use “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. To delete your data, use Your Privacy Choices.
