Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Silencio licenses voice datasets to third parties for AI training. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar US state laws, this is treated as a “sale” and/or “sharing” of personal information. If you are a US resident, you have the right to opt out.
How to opt out
By email: email privacy@silencio.network with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”, and tell us you want to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.
In your account: open Settings → Privacy choices and turn off “Sell / license my recordings”.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): we treat a valid GPC browser signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing.
You do not need an account to submit a request, and you will not be discriminated against for opting out. We will action your request within the timeframe required by law (typically 15 business days for GPC and 45 days for a verifiable request). We may need to verify your identity before we act.
What opting out does
We stop selling or sharing your personal information going forward and remove your data from future supply. Opting out does not reverse sales or licensing that already took place, and it does not delete your account — to delete your data, use Your Privacy Choices.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorisation.
